Mallory Scott serves as a Law Clerk at BTL Family Law, bringing a strong passion for family law and a commitment to helping clients navigate challenging legal matters. Mallory’s diverse legal experience and academic excellence position her as a valuable asset to the BTL team.
Mallory’s favorite cases to work on include divorces, custody modifications, establishments, and relocations. She is particularly passionate about navigating the unique challenges each case presents, tailoring legal strategies for enforcement and modification matters, and facilitating mediated agreements for amicable resolutions. She also enjoys drafting precise arguments and settlement documents that reflect each client’s specific needs and goals.

Educational Background
Mallory is pursuing her Juris Doctor at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, with an anticipated graduation in May 2025. She is a Dean’s Recruitment Scholarship recipient and an active member of the Women Law Student Association (WLSA) and Family Law Interest Program (FLIP).
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with Honors from the University of Arizona, where she graduated summa cum laude with minors in Public Relations and Business Administration. Her academic achievements include consistent recognition on the Dean’s List and receiving the Arizona Excellence Tuition Scholarship.
Legal Experience
Mallory gained extensive family law experience as a Law Clerk at Woodnick Law, where she drafted pleadings for divorce, custody, and child support cases, reviewed disclosure documents, and prepared trial exhibits. She also contributed blog articles on family law topics. Previously, as a Summer Assistant at the Law Office of Jessica Graves, she assisted with client intake, drafted adoption-related legal documents, and managed the firm’s social media presence.

Mallory’s involvement in leadership and legal organizations demonstrates her commitment to professional growth and community engagement. She actively serves on the Advisory Board for Kappa Alpha Theta’s Delta Epsilon chapter at ASU and participates in Kappa Alpha Theta’s Young Alumnae Leadership Program.
